Human Biology with Lab

This lab-based course is an introduction to general principles of biology through the study of the human body. Topics include basics of anatomy and physiology, development and aging, genetics and inheritance, immunity and human diseases, evolution, ecology, and human impacts on the environment. This course is designed to meet the Biology Pre-requisite of most colleges and prepare students to be successful in Anatomy and Physiology.

This course is offered via Tandberg (distance education) at select adult education locations in Maine. Please contact your local adult education office to see if they are able to accept this Tandberg class at their site.
